Dr. Gabriel Sakyi Kwofie

CEO/Medical Director

Dr. Gabriel Sakyi Kwofie is a Medical Doctor by profession and is the current President and Medical Director of Living Waters Specialist Hospital located at Ejisu Krapa in the Ashanti region with more than twenty (20) years' professional medical and surgical practice across both public and private health sub-sectors. Hitherto, he had worked for over ten (10) years collectively as a Medical Officer at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi and the Bawku Presbyterian Hospital in the Upper East Region, and as the Public Health Specialist (Reproductive Health) at the Divine Hospital in Ejisu.

Ms. Samuella Ampadu

Administrator - HR

Samuella Ampadu is an HR practitioner with over 12 years of wealth of experience in Human Resources, a background in customer relations, Business Management and Business Development from different companies.

She is a Chartered Human Resource Practitioner with an MSc in Management and Human Resource Strategy, a BSc in Business Administration (Human Resource option) and a Diploma in Business Administration. She is adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, clients and stakeholders. Skilled in managing end-to-end HR functions such as recruitment and selection, training and development, career planning, remuneration and benefits, performance management, labour law, job design, job analysis, job evaluation, industrial relations and the like. She also possesses an understanding of sales operations, and payroll management and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. With customer service experience, she brings a unique perspective to HR and business operations with a focus on delivering measurable results and driving organisational growth. She loves to read, research, write and also experience new environments and meet new people. She is optimistic, eloquent, enthusiastic, can perform under pressure and is a fast learner.

Ms. Gladys Asi-Henewaa

Nursing Administrator

Ms. Gladys Asi-Henewaa is a Nurse by profession and is the current Nursing Administrator of LWH.

She has practiced as a professional Nurse for over 12years and has a wide range of nursing practice experience across both public and private health sub-sectors. Since assuming the position of Nursing Administrator, she has introduced innovative, compassionate, and patient-focused nursing practices to deliver the best care to clients of the hospital. She is passionate about her work and approaches it with the highest level of professionalism.

 

 

Mr. Theophilus Yeboah

Ag. Accountant
Mr Theophilus Yeboah as an Accountant by profession and is the current Accountant of LWH after rising through the ranks as from Accounts Officer Position. Prior to his engagement at LWH, he had worked at Juaben Oil Company Limited as the Assistant Supply Chain Manager and at Effiduasi Government Hospital as an Accounts Officer.

Kingsley Opoku Otchere

Health Service Administrator

Kingsley is a professional Health Service Administrator with almost a decade of working experience in the health system, specializing in clinical leadership, health financing and general hospital administration. Within the last few years, he also specialized in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development. Three years of public service and seven years of public health practice has come with a lot of experience and achievements.

Kingsley has worked with Manhyia District Hospital,Maternal Child Health Hospital,Family Care Hospital, Dosonec Hospital, Metropolitan Health Insurance Company and serve as a visiting lecture for the department of nursing for Dosonec Health Institution. He believe in quality health outcomes at an affordable price for service users. He subscribe to hard work, teamwork, spirituality and goal orientedness.

Based on these principles, he has won several awards in the ten (10) years of practice. We are enthused about his role and the Head of Administrative Affairs and HR and look forward to using his experience to increase our customer experience.

Sally Nwafor

Corporate Secretary

Sally Nwafor has over a decade of experience in Nigeria and Ghana. At Living Waters Hospital, she excels in managing corporate records, facilitating executive-stakeholder communications, and overseeing administrative processes. Sally holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Education, and her skills span customer care, marketing, entrepreneurship, and administration. Her diverse background and commitment to continuous improvement make her a vital asset to the hospital.

Future Plans:
Sally aims to enhance her expertise in healthcare administration through advanced certifications. She plans to implement innovative administrative processes to improve efficiency and patient care and develop mentorship programs to foster professional growth within the organization.

Michael Dzisah

Internal Auditor
Michael Dzisah is currently the Internal Auditor of the hospital. He has gained significant understanding and competencies in the fields of accounting and finance. Highly skilled and detail-oriented internal auditor with fourteen (14) years of experience in internal audit. A proven track record of ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, identifying risks, and implementing effective internal controls. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Facilitating cooperative group efforts and effective handling of stakeholders. 
 Michael Dzisah has worked with PBC LTD., a leading license cocoa buying company in Ghana, as an internal auditor for fourteen (14) years. Michael Dzisah also worked with NACVET Secretariat and ANGIDEK Production. He currently holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, Ghana. He is hardworking and values integrity.

Benjamin Sarfo

IT Manager
Seasoned IT professional with over 10 years of comprehensive experience in diverse IT roles. Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and managing robust network infrastructures to support business operations. Also possesses a strong background in network engineering, systems administration, cybersecurity etc. Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, optimizing systems, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance organisational efficiency. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, providing strategic IT guidance, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders, ensuring network infrastructure stability, security, and scalability, and driving innovation within Living Waters Hospital.

 

Ms. Alberta Obeng

Head of Customer Care
Ms. Alberta Obeng is the Head of Customer Care at Living Waters Hospital with over 5years experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing exceptional service.
Prior to joining Living Waters Hospital Alberta had a successful career with Metropolitan Health Insurance and KNUST School of Business where she held various roles and capacities as the customer service representative. She has a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. In her free time, she loves to read and exercise. She is articulate, zealous and skilled in active listening, problem solving and communication.

Ms Michelle Hammond

Clinical Coordinator
Ms Michelle is a nurse by profession and the clinical coordinator as well as one of the deputies to the nursing administrator. She has had over 12 years of experience in nursing ,working in various wards including theatre, children’s ward,emergency as well as the fevers unit. She has a BSc in Nursing and is currently pursuing an MSC in public health.
As a clinical coordinator she has introduced strategies to improve on the training of students and rotation nurses to equip them with skills needed for patient centered care. She is patient centred and has excellent communicaton as well as interpersonal skills.

Mrs Hannah Jemimah Nyankum

Accountant
Mrs Hannah Jemimah Nyankum is an Accountant with over 5 years experience.

She is a highly skilled and dedicated professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. Having a Master's degree in Management (Corporate Finance) and a Chartered Accountant certification, Hannah excels in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and negotiation
